c) you object to the processing of your personal data under Article 21 (1) of the Regulation and there will be no overriding valid reasons for processing under Article 21 (2) of Regulation;

e) Your personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation set forth in European Union law or a Member State that applies to the Company's experience as a trustee;
f) Your personal data has been gathered in connection with the offer of information society services under Article 8 (1) of the Regulation.
4) the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, that is, the right for TRIGGER service s.r.o. to limit the processing of your personal data in any of these cases:

In exercising your right to data portability, you have the right to have personal data transmitted directly by TRIGGER service s.r.o. to the other party, if technically feasible.
6) the right to object, ie the law, for reasons relating to your particular situation, at any time to object to the processing of your personal data processed on legal grounds:

- processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the respective trustee or third party.
